Band Swap and More!

Hey friends!  We have some things to tell you about!  First off, if you don’t know yet, our debut album “6th Street and Trinity” is finally out!  It took a while but now it’s done and available on iTunes, Spotify, CD Baby, etc, and soon to be on Pandora.  If you’re “old school” like me, and love hard copy CD’s, you can find it here on our website.  While you’re at it, check out the other new additions to our online Merch store (T-shirts & buttons), or come to one of our upcoming shows, and pick them up there.

Speaking of upcoming shows!  We’re very excited to announce that we’ve been selected to be one of SpokesBUZZ’s 2014 Band Swap bands! We’ll be heading out to Portland Oregon next month and playing with Lewi Longmire and The Left Coast Roasters at the beautiful Alberta Rose Theater on Sept. 19th.  Then we’ll return the favor, and host a show with Lewi at The Walnut Room in Denver on Oct. 3rd.  After that we’ll be throwing our CD Release party at Hodi’s Half Note on Oct. 24th!! It’s gonna be a hell of a good time.

But before all that….We’re packing up and heading to Riverside, WY July 25th and 26th to play WHAT FEST, Wyoming’s Premier Music Festival.  If you can’t make that (which you should cuz it’s awesome!), then please come hang out with us at Hodi’s Half Note on August 22nd where we’ll be opening for CORNMEAL!

We’ll finish off the month of August at the Rist Canyon Mountain Festival which is fundraiser event to fund the needs of the Rist Canyon Fire Department! Festival runs from 10am to 4pm.  For a complete list of our shows – check out our “shows” tab on the website.  We’ll also keep you up to date via Facebook (if you’ve not yet liked us on Facebook PLEASE do) And keep an ear out for us on 88.9 KRFC as well as www.Radio949colorado.com, and www.thecoloradosound.com.

Thanks for your support!

2014

Happy New Year friends!  We hope you all had a prosperous year full of nothing but the best, and that any hardship you may have had to endure has proved to be worthwhile.

We’ve been a band now for approximately 9 months (Which might just be a truly symbolic duration).  For us, this year has been all about conception, incubation, labor, and birth(s):

We played a bunch of shows with a bunch of great local and national bands, had the pleasure of meeting/befriending some of the most genuine people in the music community, and at times were greeted the following day by a touch of the “morning sickness”:)  Our bass player Rob had a baby this August!  We couldn’t be happier for him and his wife, and we are super proud of the new addition to the ‘Saints family!  SpokesBUZZ dubbed us one of their “class of 2014” bands, and featured our song “The Devil Keeps Track” on their Band Together Volume IV compilation cd!  We also started recording the first Deadwood Saints record with our good friend Colin Bricker at Mighty Fine Productions in Denver.  We’re putting the finishing touches on it right here at home at Stout Studios.  No release date on the books yet, but we will definitely let you know as soon as we have one locked in.

2013 was good to us – thanks to you.  It’s encouraging to know that we are still in our infancy, and it’s only up from here.  A sincere thanks to you for being a part of the birth of this band with us.  You make it all worthwhile!  Here’s to the coming year(s) ahead! See you soon.
